Sales Representative – Vietnam (Mobile App & Gaming Market)

Địa điểm làm việc: Việt Nam (ưu tiên TP. Hồ Chí Minh hoặc Hà Nội) (Remote)

About TD Consulting's Client

• TD Consulting's Client is an AI-powered monetization infrastructure platform for mobile app publishers and game studios. Our core product is an agentic platform built on Google Ad Manager (GAM) that autonomously manages line items, bid floors, and mediation waterfalls — replacing the need for a dedicated ad-ops team. We work on a revenue-share model, only succeeding when our clients' ad revenue grows. Company partners with mobile gaming studios and app publishers worldwide to unlock incremental ad monetization uplift through automation.

The Opportunity

• Vietnam is one of the fastest-growing mobile gaming and app publishing hubs in Southeast Asia, home to a dense ecosystem of hyper-casual, casual, and mid-core game studios. We're looking for a Sales Representative based in Vietnam to build and own our presence in this market — identifying, engaging, and converting mobile app and game publishers into company partners.

• This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role for someone who understands the mobile app/game publishing landscape and is comfortable working directly with founders, ad-ops leads, and monetization managers at studios.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect mobile app publishers and game studios across Vietnam (and broader SEA as the territory grows) as potential company partners

• Build and manage a pipeline of outbound and inbound leads, from first contact through signed partnership

• Educate prospects on Company agentic GAM optimization platform and revenue-share model, translating technical ad-tech concepts (waterfalls, bid floors, mediation) into clear business value

• Own relationships with key decision-makers — CEOs, monetization managers, and ad-ops leads at studios

• Represent company at local gaming/app industry events, meetups, and conferences to build brand presence and generate leads

• Collaborate closely with the founding team on deal structuring, onboarding, and account activation

• Feed market intelligence back to the product and BD team — competitor activity, publisher needs, local market trends

• Consistently meet or exceed pipeline and closed-partnership targets

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within mobile advertising, ad-tech, or mobile gaming/app publishing

• Strong existing network within Vietnam's mobile gaming/app publisher ecosystem is a significant advantage

• Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts (GAM, mediation, waterfalls, eCPM, fill rate) — or strong willingness to learn quickly

• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)

• Self-starter comfortable working with high autonomy in an early-stage startup environment

• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales/BD targets

• Comfortable with a revenue-share/performance-based pitch, not just flat licensing/SaaS sales

Nice to Have

• Prior experience selling to or working inside a game studio, ad network, mediation platform, or DSP/SSP

• Existing relationships with Vietnam-based or SEA-based hyper-casual/casual game studios

• Experience with outbound BD tooling (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing)

What company Offers

• Competitive base salary + commission tied to closed partnerships and revenue uplift generated

• Ground-floor opportunity at a fast-growing ad-tech startup expanding into Southeast Asia

• Direct access and mentorship from the founding team

• High autonomy in owning and building an entire market from scratch

• Remote-friendly with flexibility, occasional travel for industry events
